Kanye West has purchased a $35 million mansion in Beverly Park North after selling his Malibu estate. The 20,000-square-foot home features 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms on nearly 7 acres.

Amenities include an entertainment pavilion, a resort-style pool area with waterfalls, a pool house, a gazebo, and a paddle tennis court.
