Naturi Naughton On 50 Cent Claiming Omari Hardwick ‘Over-Values Himself’: ‘There Would Be No ‘Power’ Without Ghost’
Actress Naturi Naughton doesn’t necessarily agree with 50 Cent on comments he made about Omari Harwick’s sense of self-worth.
TMZ caught up with the “Power” star to ask her thoughts on 50’s claim that Hardwick “overvalues himself,” where she stated:
“That’s insane to me! Omari is literally the epitome of ‘Power'”
Noting that she isn’t quite clear on all the details between 50 and Hardwick’s recent beef, Naughton added:
“I love Omari Hardwick. He’s an amazingly talented human. He’s also a good person. But there would be no ‘Power’ without Ghost.”

Naughton added that she hopes the two can find “love” and “peace” between them, later stating that she didn’t at all feel slighted by the amount of money she made personally while filming the hit series.
As we previously reported, 50 made it clear on a recent appearance with “The Breakfast Club” that he and Hardwick aren’t on good terms, due to the latter suggesting he wasn’t paid fairly while “being the face” of Starz at the height of “Power,” and further suggesting 50 played a role in the situation.

Hardwick has yet to respond to 50’s remarks, though he did suggest during a previous interview with The Pivot podcast that 50 and “Power” showrunner Courtney Kemp sided with Starz in paying him a wage he didn’t think was fair.
