Diddy Could Still To Vote In Presidential Election Despite Legal Woes
Despite being in jail for disturbing charges, Diddy was legally able to cast his vote in the 2024 presidential election.
Diddy is still awaiting trial for racketeering, sex trafficking, and prostitution-related charges. Since he hasn’t been convicted, he was allowed to vote with an absentee ballot from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he is in custody.
Of course, he would’ve had to request the absentee ballot ahead of time from the state where he declared residency, which is presumed to be California or Florida, per TMZ.
It’s unclear if he voted this time around.
