Diddy’s Former Bodyguard Files $100 Million Defamation Lawsuit Against Sexual Assault Accuser
Joseph Sherman, former bodyguard to Diddy, has filed a $100 million defamation lawsuit against Thalia Graves, the woman who claimed he and the Bad Boy founder drugged and raped her in 2001.
In a September lawsuit, Graves alleged Sherman and Combs assaulted her at the Bad Boy Records studio, filmed the encounter, and later sold the footage. Sherman, however, stated in his court filing that he has never even met Graves:
“Plainly said, the Plaintiff, Joseph Sherman, was not even allowed into Bad Boy Records studios or near Sean Combs after 1999. Consequently, he could not have videotaped or raped Thalia Graves.”
Now, Sherman is suing Graves for defamation and emotional distress.
In a recent interview, Sherman claimed Graves targeted him because he refused to be a witness in her case against Diddy. He also hinted at further legal action on Instagram, writing,
“Let the war begin. I want a 100 million. My first lawsuit, two more coming.”
