NFL’s Nick Bosa Fined $11,255 For Wearing MAGA Hat During Postgame Interview
Nick Bosa, star defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers, has been fined $11,255 after wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat during a postgame interview, ESPN reports. The NFL cited its rules prohibiting players from displaying personal messages or unsponsored branding “at any point throughout a game day,” which includes postgame interviews.
Bosa’s MAGA moment occurred after the Niners’ win over the Dallas Cowboys on October 27, when he appeared in a white hat with “Make America Great Again” in bold yellow letters, joining teammates George Kittle, Brock Purdy, and Isaac Guerendo mid-interview.

After Trump’s victory, Bosa said,
“I don’t think my position on speaking about it is going to change. Clearly, the nation spoke. And we got what we got.”
