Lawyer Representing Megan Thee Stallion’s Ex-Photographer Sanctioned After Missing Pretrial Conference, Will Have To Pay Rapper’s Legal Fees
Megan Thee Stallion scored a win in the lawsuit she’s facing from her former photographer, Emilio Garcia.
As reported, Garcia’s attorney failed to show up for a pre-trial conference earlier this month for the lost wages and hostile work environment suit against Megan. According to the legal professional — Ronald L. Zambrano of Los Angeles-based West Coast Trial Lawyers — he believed he could attend the mandatory hearing virtually
Unfortunately for Zambrano, his excuse wasn’t enough to satisfy the judge. Legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff shared court documents that show a federal judge has moved forward with sanctioning Garcia’s lawyer.
As a consequence, he’ll have to pay Megan’s lawyers and Roc Nation’s lawyers fees for the conference.
