Fat Joe Still Isn’t Over Losing A Grammy Award To Chance The Rapper In 2017, Calls It ‘Disrespectful’
Fat Joe is still holding a grudge over losing the Grammy to Chance The Rapper back in 2017.
In a recent clip shared by XXL, Fat Joe was seen hosting a listening session for his upcoming album, during which he reflected on the moment Chance won the Grammy for Best Rap Performance for “No Problem,” beating out Fat Joe and Remy Ma’s hit “All the Way Up.”
Joe said,
“That’s the biggest disrespect. You know how Jay-Z used to say, ‘Gotta learn to live with regrets.’ I can’t live with that one.”

This isn’t the first time Joe has spoken out about the loss. Back in 2022, he told Elliott Wilson for GQ that he should’ve won the Grammy because “All the Way Up” was a bigger hit.
Well, Fat Joe will have another shot at Grammy gold with the release of his new album, The World Changed On Me, dropping Dec. 13.
