Former LSU Star Kyren Lacy Accused Of Causing Fatal Crash & Fleeing Before Declaring For The NFL Draft
Louisiana State Police issued an arrest warrant for former LSU wide receiver Kyren Lacy, 24, on charges of negligent homicide, felony hit-and-run, and reckless driving after a December 17 crash that killed 78-year-old Marine veteran Herman Hall and injured two others.
Authorities allege Lacy illegally passed vehicles at high speed, forcing another vehicle into a fatal collision. Investigators claim Lacy fled the scene without reporting the crash.
Lacy declared for the NFL Draft two days later and is cooperating with authorities, according to his agent, who emphasized respect for the investigation and commitment to resolving the matter.
