Diddy Facing Another S*xual A$$ault Lawsuit From Woman Who Claims He Abused Her When She Was 16
Diddy is facing more serious accusations after another Jane Doe has come forward with a s*xual a$$ault lawsuit.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the woman, who was 16 at the time of the alleged incident, says that after leaving a babysitting job in Manhattan in 2000, she ran into Diddy, who was in an SUV. She claims he offered her a ride home, which she agreed to after being pressured.
However, when she realized Diddy wasn’t taking her home, she became scared. He gave her a drink that made her groggy before taking her to another location, where she alleges he a$$aulted her, according to the lawsuit.

She was allegedly later dropped off in the lobby of her building.
The woman is suing for unspecified damages, citing ongoing financial loss, physical injury, and emotional distress.
This is just one of many lawsuits Diddy is facing as he is currently being held at MDC Brooklyn on charges of s*x trafficking and racketeering. His legal team has stated,
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never s*xually a$$aulted or s*x trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
