50 Cent Accused Of Having His Entourage Strike A Photographer w/ A Car + His Attorney Slams ‘Frivolous’ Claim

50 Cent’s legal team is slamming reports that the multi-hyphenate entertainer was sued after a photographer alleged he instructed his crew to hit them with a vehicle.

According to TMZ, the man alleges the incident happened on Sept. 11, when he attended 50 Cent’s book signing in Los Angeles to gather footage of him.

He said following the event, he was recording footage from his scooter when he approached a red light and 50 Cent’s SUV pulled up next to him.

The passenger side of the vehicle allegedly flew open and hit the photographer, knocking him off of his bike.

He said he suffered very painful injuries and his scooter no longer works.

He insists 50 Cent’s instructed his team to hit him with the car door, however he doesn’t know why. He’s suing 50 Cent for damages, stating that he has massive medical bills and loss of income as he can’t work right now.

He is being represented by celebrity attorney Gloria Allred.

His attorneys told TMZ,

“Mr. Jackson has neither been served with or seen a filed copy of a lawsuit filed by Ms. Allred’s firm. However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.”

They added,

“Based upon the leaked reports presumably by Ms. Allred, Mr. Jackson is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore.”

Meanwhile, 50 Cent has made somewhat of a statement of his own. He posted a photo of him and Gloria Allred on Instagram and captioned it,

“The moment I realized I don’t like lawyers, ? Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance. ? ????@bransoncognac@lecheminduroi”

He posted another pic of him and Gloria Allred smiling together and wrote:

“Gloria you’re not gonna get any money from me that way, but if you call me I’ll take you to dinner. LOL ? @bransoncognac@lecheminduroi”
