Porsha Williams’ Ex Simon Guobadia Shares Cryptic Message About Their Ongoing Prenup Battle: ‘Consequences Are Inevitable’

The soon-to-be ex-husband of RHOA star Porsha Williams had a few more things to get off his chest.

In Simon Guobadia’s latest cryptic message about his ongoing divorce battle, he wrote,

“I think a man with a college degree and 35 years of professional and business experience can read a prenup and know what it says”

He caption the text post,

“The saying “Every day for the thief, one day for the owner” means that while a thief may get away with wrongdoing for a long time, eventually, they will be caught or face justice. It highlights the idea that dishonesty or crime might seem to go unpunished for a while, but sooner or later, the rightful owner (or justice) will prevail.”

Simon’s message comes on the heels of Porsha’s attorney firing back at his “abusive litigation” to prevent her from filming RHOA scenes inside their $7 million marital home. Her lawyer wrote,

“Since Wife’s initiation of the instant divorce matter and insistence on the enforcement of the Prenuptial Agreement, Husband has engaged in a campaign of bad-faith and abusive litigation—all targeted at retaliating against Wife with the goal of intentionally restricting her ability to earn a living, expand her career, and establish independence from Husband.”

Simon’s latest motion seeks to overturn a judge’s ruling that states, per the terms of their prenup, that the Porsha has the “unrestricted right to film and produce television, film, social media, or other audiovisual content in and around the Marital Residence.”
