Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter is being sued by Laura Penly, who claims he r*ped her multiple times and infected her with STDs, including HPV, allegedly leading to cervical cancer.
She says he ignored her pleas to stop, didn’t use protection, and told her, “no one would believe” her. The suit accuses him of s*xual assault and emotional distress.
Nick Carter’s attorneys deny the allegations, calling them “utterly false claims” and part of a conspiracy to ruin him. They say he doesn’t recall meeting Penly and point to her “documented history of financial and legal trouble.”
Penly seeks damages for physical and emotional trauma.
