Roddy Ricch Responds After Being Called Out For Leaving Son Out Of Easter Pics: My Son Didn’t Want To Take Pics Due To Overstimulation, He’s Autistic

#RoddyRicch is addressing backlash after being accused of excluding his son from Easter photos.

It started when Roddy posted pictures of his daughter Navy for the holiday. His son’s mother #AllieMinati quickly took to IG, writing,

“It’s his Easter too. You must’ve forgot he was there.”

She followed up with another message:

“Let’s talk about inclusion. Special needs kids deserve to be seen, celebrated, and included. Not just by their parents… but by the entire world. If nobody wants to step behind them, I will.”

Roddy then issued a response on IG, writing,

“THIS WILL BE MY FIRST LAST AND ONLY TIME DISCUSSING THIS MATTER. YES, I INCLUDED MY SON IN THE PHOTOSHOOT OF MY DAUGHTER’S FIRST EASTER AND FIRST TIME IN LA. NO, MY SON DID NOT WANT TO TAKE PICTURES (DUE TO OVERSTIMULATION). MY SON IS AUTISTIC. I DO NOT FEEL I AM OBLIGATED TO EXPLAIN MYSELF TO COMPLETE STRANGERS.”

He continued,

“I THREW MY SON A BIRTHDAY PARTY YESTERDAY WITH MY ENTIRE FAMILY PRESENT. I DID NOT SHARE THE MOMENT ONLINE BECAUSE IT WAS ALSO THE SECOND TIME MY KIDS WERE IN THE SAME SETTING.”

Roddy concluded by saying he provides for both of his children and doesn’t love his son any less.
