Lil Durk Faces New Charge Of $talking Resulting In De@th Linked To 2022 M*rder Of Quando Rondo’s Cousin Lul Pub
Lil Durk is facing even more legal trouble — a new charge of “$talking resulting in d*ath” has been added to his m*rder indictment.
TMZ Hip Hop reports that prosecutors filed the additional count on May 1, alleging Lil Durk’s “$talking tactics led to the victim’s d*ath.”
The victim, Saviay’a Robinson, is Quando Rondo’s cousin, and the alleged m*rder took place in August 2022.
While prosecutors insist “Durk’s rap career is not on trial,” they still consider him a flight risk. He’s been in custody since October 2024, and the case continues to evolve with “ever-changing paperwork.”
In a small win for the defense, the updated indictment “removed a reference to rap lyrics” prosecutors had previously used to suggest Durk’s involvement — a point Durk’s legal team “railed against last week.”
This latest charge deepens what’s already been called the legal fight of his life.
