Victoria Monét Opens Up About Dating UK Rapper Stormzy: ‘He’s A Really Special Guy’

Victoria Monét is giving fans a quick update on her romance with British rap star Stormzy.

During her appearance on Keke Palmer’s podcast, the Grammy-winning artist, 36, confirmed the rumors that she’s been dating Stormzy, 31, saying:

“He’s a really special guy. I have so much respect for him and I got to learn more about him by dating him.”

But just as things were about to get juicy, Victoria pumped the brakes, telling Keke they’ll “have to talk” more at a later time.

Dating rumors first sparked back in October when Victoria and Stormzy, real name Michael Ebenezer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr., were spotted hugging and kissing at a London airport.

The sighting came just weeks after Victoria confirmed her split from longtime partner John Gaines, with whom she shares 3-year-old daughter Hazel. The former couple revealed they’d actually broken up nearly a year earlier, even though fans were just finding out.

It also followed Stormzy’s split from TV host Maya Jama, which the pair confirmed a few months prior.
