UPDATE: Reality Star Julie Chrisley Released From Prison Hours After Husband Todd Walked Free Following Trump’s Pardon
Update (May 29, 2025): Julie Chrisley has officially been released from federal custody, marking another major development in the Chrisley family’s high-profile legal saga.
The Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed to TMZ that Julie Chrisley walked out of the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky on Wednesday evening.
This comes just hours after her husband, Todd Chrisley, was released from Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida.
“Julie Chrisley is already on her way home to Nashville,” a source with direct knowledge told TMZ.
The couple, convicted in 2022 of bank fraud and tax evasion, received significant sentence reductions after President Donald Trump issued pardons earlier this week. Todd Chrisley had been serving a 12-year sentence, while Julie Chrisley was sentenced to 7 years. Both served only two years.

Original Story (May 28, 2025): Todd Chrisley has been officially released from Federal Prison Camp Pensacola, the Federal Bureau of Prisons confirmed Wednesday evening.
His release follows a pardon from Donald Trump, who personally informed Todd Chrisley’s daughter, Savannah Chrisley, during a phone call on Tuesday.
Todd Chrisley had been serving a 12-year sentence for bank fraud and tax evasion, while his wife, Juli Chrisley, was sentenced to seven years. Both served just two years before the pardon. Julie has not yet been released, though it’s expected at any moment.
