The defense had argued that
“any testimony regarding the common behaviors of s*xual abu$e victims is pseudoscience.”
The judge rejected this claim, stating,
“The upshot of the defense’s argument is that any testimony regarding the common behaviors of s*xual abu$e victims is pseudoscience, an indictment on the entire field of psychology that the Court rejects and the defense cites no case for this proposition.”
#Diddy is currently facing charges of s*x trafficking and racketeering. If convicted, he could face life in prison.
