#TJBDebates: Was Chris Wrong For Not Carrying Huda Over The Water After Their Breakup During ‘Love Island USA’ Finale Date?
Thanks to Huda Mustafa and Chris Seeley, the season finale of Love Island USA season 7 was filled with drama!
If you’re one of the countless people who tuned in, you saw Chris and Huda’s final date quickly go south as they discussed how things would look for them after the show. While the other finalists chatted about continuing their connection outside the villa, Huda and Chris struggled to get on the same page. Their final date, meant to be a moment of romance and happiness, ended in tears and frustration after Chris put the ball in Huda’s court and she decided they’d be better off as friends.

As if the moment wasn’t awkward enough, Chris refused to carry an emotional Huda from their table, which was in the middle of water, back to dry ground. The internet has since been on fire over whether Chris was wrong or not. While some argued that he’s not required to do “boyfriend duties” for someone he’s no longer dating, others felt he should have still carried Huda out of respect.
What are your thoughts? If you were in Chris’ shoes, would you have helped Huda?
