Smokey Robinson Faces New Allegations As 5th Accuser Files $exual B@ttery Police Report
Smokey Robinson is now facing a fifth sexu@l battery allegation.
————————-
Law enforcement sources say the accuser spoke with a deputy last Wednesday at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Malibu/Lost Hills station, formally reporting her allegations.
————————-
There’s no further information about the details of her claim at this time. All five accusers have now filed reports with LASD.
————————-
Robinson became the subject of a criminal investigation in May after four women accused him of sexual assault.
————————-
His attorney, Christopher Frost, tells TMZ, “It’s not surprising to us that in the context of very public allegations by the four interconnected Jane Does and their shared attorneys, no matter how untrue, news like this might emerge. It’s one of the risks of being a celebrity, that others will take the same approach.”
————————-
Frost previously told TMZ the police reports were filed only after the women launched a $50 million civil lawsuit, calling it a strategic move rather than a legitimate claim. He said Robinson welcomed the investigation, which is still ongoing.
