Victims Of NYC Office $hooting Identified + Off-Duty Cop, Blackstone Exec, Security Guard & Recent Grad K*lled In Tragic Attack
Four people were k*lled when 27-year-old Shane Tamura opened fire inside a Manhattan office building on July 28 before k*lling himself.
Among the victims was Didarul Islam, a 36-year-old off-duty NYPD officer and father of two, remembered as a community mentor and “true-blue New Yorker,” according to Mayor Eric Adams.
Also k*lled was Wesley LePatner, a Blackstone executive described by the firm as “brilliant, passionate, warm, and generous.” Security guard Aland Etienne, 46, was mourned as “a New York hero” by his union. Julia Hyman, 27, a Cornell graduate, was sh*t on the 33rd floor.
