Diddy’s Legal Team May Request Home Confinement Ahead Of Sentencing
#Diddy’s legal team is considering asking a judge to let him serve his time at home.
Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, told TMZ that as they prepare for sentencing on Oct. 3, home confinement is “possibly” something they could request. He also revealed that he plans to ask the judge to make counseling and therapy part of Combs’ supervised release.

Combs, who was convicted in July on two counts of transportation to engage in pro$titution but acquitted of more serious charges, has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since last year.
