Porsha Williams’ Mega Mansion Now Faces Lien After Ex Simon Guobadia Accused Of Owing Lawyer Over $200K
Porsha Williams’ ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, has been accused of owing his divorce lawyer $205,884.25, leading to an attorney’s lien being filed on his $7.3 million Georgia home.
Williams was awarded possession of the 15,284-square-foot property in their divorce and has lived there since February 2024.
Guobadia argued the couple’s prenuptial agreement should not be enforced, claiming Williams misrepresented her intentions by saying she planned to be a stay-at-home mom and would not return to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
The judge rejected that argument, ruling the prenup valid and noting Guobadia knew she was a reality TV star when they married.
The court found his claims about his company losing $296 million lacked credibility. Under the prenup, Guobadia must pay Williams $40,000 a month for 14 months, give her the home while splitting equity, and cover $224,000 in her legal fees. Williams also keeps a 2021 Rolls Royce and other cars in her name.
