#Atlanta police are investigating a burglary at Tower Beer, Wine and Spirits on Piedmont Avenue near Cheshire Bridge Road. Early Friday morning (Sept. 26), suspects backed a vehicle into the store’s front glass doors, gaining access. Once inside, they stole approximately $12,000 worth of alcohol.
A shopper remarked about the crazy incident, “It’s always chaotic, so I’m honestly not surprised.” Another added, “It would be nice to see the city take notice and maybe do something about it.” No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
