“RHOP” Star Wendy Osefo Loses Wesleyan University Job After Arrest & Fraud Charges
#WendyOsefo is facing the consequences of her (alleged) actions.
The Real Housewives of #Potomac star has been dismissed from her position as a Distinguished Visiting Professor of Sociology at #WesleyanUniversity following her arrest on multiple fraud charges. A university spokesperson confirmed her termination to TMZ, stating, “Wendy Osefo is no longer an employee of Wesleyan University.”
As reported, in 2024, Wendy and her hubby, #EddieOsefo, contacted police over a burglary at their Maryland home, claiming theft of several designer items and jewelry while they were away on vacation. However, investigators allege that Wendy was later seen on IG wearing one of the items she reported stolen, a diamond anniversary band. Authorities also claim the couple reported items stolen that they had previously returned to the store. They were arrested on Oct.9. Wendy faces 16 charges, and Eddie faces 18 charges.
