Lil Uzi Vert’s Former Assistant Claims He Sent ‘Let Me See That BOOty’ Texts & Forced 39-Hour Shifts Without Pay in Dr*g-Fueled Lawsuit
Rapper Lil Uzi Vert and Roc Nation are facing explosive allegations in a new lawsuit filed by the artist’s former personal assistant, who claims she endured years of sexual harassment, drug-fueled retaliation, and grueling work conditions that left her “emotionally exhausted and unsafe.”
The lawsuit names Lil Uzi Vert (real name Symere Bysil Woods), Roc Nation, LLC, and Uzivert, LLC as defendants. The plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, accuses them of violating California labor laws and creating an abusive and hostile work environment that ultimately forced her to resign.
The lawsuit alleges that Woods subjected Doe to unwelcome sexual comments and messages, often sent late at night. Among the alleged text messages cited in the complaint are:
“I sent you sumthin on vanish.”
“Come rub me down before you leave.”
“I’m by myself right now send me something.”
“Let me see that booty.”
The complaint also includes another alleged message where Woods told her:
“You are more than my assistant. You are my bitch.”
Doe’s attorneys claim the harassment was compounded by drug-fueled outbursts and verbal abuse. The filing alleges that Woods would frequently become aggressive while under the influence of Xanax and OxyContin, sending an “endless barrage of hostile and abusive text messages.”
During one alleged exchange in July 2024, Woods reportedly became enraged that a member of his entourage wasn’t provided a hotel room. Under the influence, he allegedly texted Doe:
“Stop being so f***ing soft.”
“This is me to you.”
“No Black rapper would be able to tell a white girl stop being soft.”
“You a girl you supposed to.”
The lawsuit claims Doe was required to remain available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, often traveling across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia while working 12- to 39-hour shifts without overtime pay. She also accuses Roc Nation and Woods’ management of failing to reimburse business expenses, including travel and accommodations, despite instructions to cover them.
Doe alleges that after enduring over three years of mistreatment, she felt compelled to resign due to “constant harassment, humiliation, and emotional distress.”
