B.o.B. Sued For Allegedly S3xually A$$aulting Cancer Survivor At Hotel After-Party, Woman Claims Rapper’s Wife Walked In During Incident
B.o.B is facing serious allegations from a former fan who says his music once helped her through her battle with cancer.
B.o.B, real name Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., was recently hit with a civil lawsuit by a woman who alleges he s3xually a$$aulted her at a hotel suite in San Diego earlier this year. The complaint states the woman, a mother of two who survived cancer, danced on stage during his performance and was invited to the after-party. According to the lawsuit, “She viewed the unexpected invitation as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hang out with one of the biggest stars in Hip Hop, whose music played a major role in keeping her emotionally healthy to continue her arduous struggle against cancer.” The lawsuit alleges that she arrived at a penthouse suite at the Westin Hotel around 3 a.m., and was offered m@rijuana-infused gummies, which she refused.
After her cousin left the room, the lawsuit claims #BoB “began rubbing her inner thighs and waist with the intent to s3xually a$$ault her.” He allegedly forced her legs open and said, “What makes you think I won’t kiss you right now,” before doing so, according to the filing. Allegedly, B.o.B. momentarily stopped the a$$ault when his wife entered the room, but “got up and walked to the doorway to ensure his wife had left the room and would no longer bother him or interrupt what he was planning to do,” according to the filing. The woman claims he then resumed touching her genitals until his manager knocked on the door, giving her an opportunity to leave. She further alleges that members of B.o.B’s team were aware of what happened but failed to intervene. His representatives have not yet commented on the lawsuit.
