Happened The Way The Jury Ruled
#MilagroGramz isn’t 100% team #ToryLanez after all.
During the ongoing defamation trial stemming from #MeganTheeStallion’s lawsuit against blogger Milagro, the media personality took the stand and admitted she’s “not positive” Tory is innocent, adding that she would “feel terrible” if the 2020 sh**ting unfolded the way the jury found.
In court transcripts obtained by legal affairs journalist Meghann Cuniff, Milagro elaborated, saying, “I know [Megan] was hurt, and I hate that she was hurt. I truly do…you have to understand from my point of view, I come from a negative area where so many people go to jail. Not everyone is guilty.” She went on to explain her perspective, adding, “So when a Black man was being accused of something and the details were shaky…If a situation presented itself that made it clear 100 percent, all I could do is bow down and apologize.”
The jury will determine whether Milagro is responsible for three specific accusations: that she defamed Megan by claiming the rapper lied under oath during Tory’s trial, intentionally caused emotional distress by allegedly teaming up with Tory and his father to harass Megan, and helped circulate an AI s3xual video of Megan online.
Day three of the Miami-based trial is set for today (Nov.19).
