Kehlani has gone no contact with the father of her child.

Speaking with The Breakfast Club, #Kehlani shared an update on her relationship with ex Javaughn Young-White following their public dispute and legal battle. When asked where things stand today, she revealed that she has full custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Adeya Nomi, and added that she is no longer in contact with Javaughn.

Last year, their conflict escalated after Javaughn accused Kehlani of being in a cult and keeping their daughter from him. He sought legal and physical custody, alleging Adeya was living in an unsafe environment. Kehlani “strongly” denied the accusations in a statement on Instagram, and in turn accused Javaughn of abu$e. She was later granted court-ordered protection. Javaughn eventually publicly retracted the majority of his allegations.
