Georgia High School Football Coach Accused Of Choking Players During Season + Investigation Uncovers Months of Alleged A$$ault
A Georgia high school football coach is facing serious accusations after investigators say he a$$aulted several of his own players.
Darius Terrell Robinson, 34, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated a$$ault and one count of simple battery. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation alleges Robinson “hit and choked several minors” who played for him at Greene County High School over the last several months.
According to officials, Greensboro police reached out to the GBI on Tuesday afternoon to assist with the case. Robinson was later booked into the Greene County Jail.
His job status with the school district remains unclear as the investigation continues.
