Actor Djimon Hounsou’s Ex & Mother Of His Children Arrested After Allegedly Punching Him In The Face When He Tried To Kick Her Out Of His Atlanta Residence
Another day, another dispute coming out of #Atlanta.
Actor Djimon Hounsou’s former girlfriend has been arrested in Atlanta after he reported that she a$$aulted him at a home he owns. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Hounsou told police that Riza Simpson, with whom he shares two children, struck him in the face with a closed fist last month after he asked her to leave the townhouse. Police say the couple’s children were in the home at the time and may have heard the altercation.
On Friday (Jan. 16), officers executed an arrest warrant at the same home where the physical altercation went down, taking Simpson into custody on misdemeanor charges of simple a$$ault and obstruction for allegedly giving false information to police. When authorities arrived, they allegedly heard the ex couple’s children crying in the background as they knocked on the door. #DjimonHounsou has yet to speak on the incident or arrest.
