‘Manboy’
The acting industry can come with a lot of growing pains.
“Snowfall” actor Melvin Gregg was honest about his low pay on the series. He said he was only paid $5,000 per episode. After paying his agent, lawyer, and taxes, Melvin was left with roughly $2,200 per episode.
He played the recurring antagonist Drew “Manboy” Miller in seasons 3 and 4 of FX’s popular show. As a young kingpin in South Central Los Angeles, Manboy was a major rival and sometimes ally to Franklin Saint, played by Damson Idris.
TJB Crew, would you get into acting for only $2,200 an episode?
