Miley Cyrus Addresses ‘Pressure’ Of Being Fan Favorite To Headline Next Year’s Super Bowl, Reveals What It Would Take To Commit
Would you be here for a Hannah Montana spin at next year’s Super Bowl?
Miley Cyrus is gearing up for the 20th anniversary special of her hit Disney series #HannahMontana, which premiered in 2006 and ran for four seasons. Since the show wrapped, she has built hugely successful acting and singing careers. Her extensive discography, spanning decades and earning her three Grammy Awards, has many advocating for her to headline the 2027 #SuperBowl halftime show.
While she may be a fan favorite to take center stage at the NFL championship, Miley seems a little hesitant to commit if given the chance. Speaking with Variety, she revealed, “I always think the Super Bowl feels like too much pressure. […] But if I could find a way to make it exactly what the Hannahversary was — taking a journey through the discography and appreciating each song, each era for what it is — I think I could find it in myself.”
Though we’re still months away from any official Super Bowl announcements, fans can take a walk down memory lane with #MileyCyrus when her Hannah Montana 20th anniversary special airs on Disney+ on March 24.
