[UPDATE] Megan Thee Stallion Breaks Silence After Being Rushed To The Hospital In The Middle Of Moulin Rouge Broadway
Performance: ‘I Hate Letting Y’all Down’
#MeganTheeStallion is on the road to recovery.
In her first message since being rushed to the hospital, Megan opened up to fans about ignoring warning signs from her body. “Last night was a real wake-up call for me. I’ve been pushing myself past my limits lately, running on empty, and my body finally said enough.” As reported, during Tuesday night’s production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Megan became “very ill” and had to abruptly end her performance.
Media personality Loren Lorosa confirmed she has since been discharged, with the rapper’s spokesperson telling her, “Doctors ultimately identified extreme exhaustion, dehydration, vasoconstriction and low metabolic levels as the cause of her symptoms.” Megan admitted the situation “scared” her, saying she tried to push through but just couldn’t. “Hotties I wanna be real with y’all because you mean everything to me and I hate letting yall down,” she continued. Thankfully, Megan appears to be in much better spirits and said she’ll be back on stage Thursday night, “stronger, clearer, and ready to give you 100% the way you deserve.”
