14-Year-Old Allegedly M*rdered By Singer D4vd, 21, D!ed From Multiple Penetrating Injuries, Medical Examiner Says

The cause of de@th for 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez has now been revealed.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, the teen d!ed from “multiple penetrating injuries caused by object(s),” and her de@th has been ruled a homicide. The report further details “2 penetrating wounds of the torso with smooth edges that may represent sharp force injuries.” One wound — “[3/4 inch length and 1.5 inches deep]” — on the upper abdomen penetrated the liver, while another — “[9/16 inch length and 2 inches deep]” — to the left chest penetrated an intercostal space and disrupted the surrounding ribs.

Authorities believe Celeste was k!lled sometime last April by singer #D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke. However, her dismembered remains were not discovered until four months later in the front trunk of his Tesla. Prosecutors allege he k!lled the teen to prevent her from exposing their alleged illegal relationship ahead of his debut studio album release on April 25, 2025. While D4vd has maintained his innocence through his legal team, he was charged earlier this week with first-degree m*rder, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under 14, and mutilation of a body.
