NBA Star Tyrese Haliburton Laughs Off Critics Claiming He Only Hangs Around White Women, Explains T’m From Wisconsin’

Tyrese Haliburton is addressing the noise around his personal life.

During an appearance on the It Is What It Is podcast with Cam’ron and Mase, Tyrese addressed claims that he only surrounds himself with white people, specifically white women. Laughing off the allegations, he said, “‘That don’t bother me ‘cause you gotta think like, my fiancée—she’s a white girl.” Explaining how his upbringing plays into his social circle, the #IndianaPacers player continued, “I’m from Wisconsin, and I grew up around all white people. My girl is from Iowa. She grew up around all white people.”

Tyrese also spoke on a viral paparazzi video of him pulling up to a party in a van filled with several white women, clarifying that they were family members and friends of his fiancée. He added, “These are just our people from growing up.” It seems like Tyrese is truly unbothered by the narratives being pushed online about his relationships and friendships.
