Chris Brown’s Ex Diamond Seeks Legal & Physical Custody Of Their 4-Year-Old Daughter, Says Child Has Lived w/ Her Since Birth & CB Can Have Visitation Rights
#ChrisBrown’s ex appears to want their custody agreement set in stone.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond Brown filed a paternity lawsuit on April 3 concerning their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown. In the filing, she acknowledges that Chris previously signed a voluntary declaration of paternity, which she included as part of the case. Diamond wants the court to grant her both legal and physical custody of their daughter, while also proposing that Chris be given visitation rights. The documents also state that Lovely has lived with Diamond full-time since her birth in January 2022.
This comes weeks after she slammed CB for allegedly making threats against her boyfriend, despite being in a new relationship with a woman named Jada Wallace. Chris and Jada recently welcomed their first child together, his fourth child overall. After he was called out, Jada entered the chat, claiming Diamond was keeping Lovely away from the R&B singer. However, Diamond quickly denied those claims.
