Florida Rapper 1900Rugrat Accuses Drake Of Stealing Beat For “Iceman” Track
Drake is being accused of stealing from a rising rapper.
Florida rapper #1900Rugrat is calling out Drake, claiming one of the records on Iceman copies from his own work. According to the artist, Drake’s track “Little Birdie” closely resembles his 2025 song “Intro,” sparking accusations that the beat and overall concept were lifted without proper credit. Rugrat says the situation is even more frustrating because Drake had previously reached out about collaborating. He claims Drake showed interest in unreleased material before the song dropped, saying, “When I made the intro to my first album, like a year and a half ago, Drake was hitting me up around that time and wanted to hear music.”
Rugrat continued, “So I sent 10 songs through and they was all finna be on my album because I didn’t want nobody to steal my sh*t and I know how people move.” He says #Drake took a liking to “Intro,” even asking for the beat, but he declined. “I said, ‘No, you can’t have this song.’ [Drake] wanted me on the album still. He said, ‘I’m gonna send you a verse too.’ Never sent a verse.” However, it seems Drake didn’t take no for an answer. “Twin… that’s the only beat I ever produced and sat there and made myself. Don’t rip my sh*t and repitch it like that,” Rugrat added.
