UPDATE: Paris Jackson Heading Back To Court With Dad Michael Jackson’s Estate Following Six-Figure Win, Seeking Additional $463K
#ParisJackson’s battle against her late dad’s estate continues.
The 28-year-old actress and model is seeking an additional $463,752 from #MichaelJackson’s estate, according to court docs obtained by TMZ. The request comes after a judge recently ordered that $625,000 in bonus payments made in 2018 to outside law firms working on the estate must be returned. Those payments had been approved by estate executors John Branca and John McClain.
Paris is now seeking the additional funds, arguing that the executors should also be responsible for covering the interest that has accrued on the amounts owed back to the estate. However, a rep for the estate told TMZ, “The Executors are aware of the filing and are confident it will be rejected in due course. The Executors’ focus at this time, however, is on continuing to celebrate Michael Jackson and grow the Estate’s business in light of the record-breaking success of the motion picture ‘Michael.’”
