The actor, who is set to make his directorial debut in the upcoming horror comedy Haunted Heist, is among those still raising questions following the high-profile trial of #KarmeloAnthony. As previously reported, Anthony recently secured new legal representation for his appeal after being sentenced to 35 years in prison over a 2025 Texas track meet dispute that resulted in the de@th of fellow teen #AustinMetcalf.

Lil Rel didn’t hold back when addressing critics — particularly within the Black community — who argue the lengthy sentence was justified.
