Prayers Up! Model & Influencer Nara Smith Reveals 2-Year-Old Daughter Whimsy Has Been Diagnosed With Cancer
Prayers up for the Smith family.
Model and popular content creator #NaraSmith, 24, revealed on Wednesday (July 1) that her 2-year-old daughter, Whimsy Lou, was diagnosed with cancer late last year. According to Nara, she and her husband, #LuckyBlue Smith, 28, first rushed their daughter to the ER after noticing “something suspicious on her,” before following up with their pediatrician. “My heart dropped in that moment. I don’t know whether it was my gut telling me something or just a mom’s intuition, but the first thing that I felt was she has cancer,” Nara shared.
Sadly, her instincts were right, and their daughter was diagnosed with cancer. Along with Whimsy, the couple shares three other children, while Lucky is also a father to a daughter from a previous relationship. Nara also opened up about how tough the journey has been, but added that she’s hopeful sharing her truth will help bring comfort to others.
