#Monaleo is opening up about a terrifying health scare, revealing she felt ignored by medical staff while suffering from ovarian torsion for over 12 hours.

In an emotional X post, the rapper shared that she was in severe pain and had to “yell in agony” before being taken seriously, ultimately leading to the loss of half of her reproductive system at just 24 years old. For those unaware, ovarian torsion is a very serious medical emergency that occurs when an ovary—sometimes along with the fallopian tube—twists around the ligaments that support it, cutting off the blood supply.

“I really could’ve d!ed this year,” Monaleo wrote, adding that the experience has left her dealing with complications, hormonal changes, and not feeling like herself. Despite the ordeal, Monaleo also offered support to others battling PMOS/#PCOS, reminding them they’re not alone in their journey.
