Savannah James Defends Husband LeBron, Says Critics Have “Made Careers” Out Of Talking About Him
Savannah James is speaking up about the criticism surrounding her husband, NBA superstar LeBron James.
During a recent episode of her podcast Everybody’s Crazy, Savannah addressed the intense public reaction to LeBron’s latest career move and the nonstop commentary that often follows the four-time NBA champion.
While discussing the scrutiny with co-host April McDaniel, Savannah suggested that some critics have turned analyzing and criticizing LeBron into an entire profession.
“People have definitely made careers out of talking about [LeBron],” Savannah said during the conversation.
The businesswoman and podcast host also pushed back on the idea that outside opinions reflect what’s actually best for her husband and their family.
“They have a subjective opinion about what everybody thinks is the best thing,” Savannah explained. “But to be on the other side of it, it’s like, ‘No, it’s not.’”
Savannah’s comments come amid widespread discussion surrounding LeBron’s departure from the Los Angeles Lakers after eight seasons with the franchise, a move that has fueled speculation about the future Hall of Famer’s next destination.
The couple, who have been together since high school and married since 2013, have largely kept their family life private despite spending more than two decades in the public eye.
