#TravisScott is facing a new lawsuit from boat workers who claim he turned a 2024 #Miami yacht charter into a violent nightmare.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the Sicko Mode artist had chartered the yacht with a group of women, security, and alcohol aboard when tensions rose after the captain refused his request to take out a jet ski, citing concerns that Travis was too intoxicated. The captain claims Travis then demanded to head to a nearby marina before jumping off the moving boat onto a dock, leaving the rest of the group to wait for him for roughly 30 minutes.

When Travis returned, the crew says he was agitated and confrontational, prompting the captain to end the charter early. That’s when things allegedly escalated into physical violence — the suit claims Travis attacked the captain, threatened to k!ll him, and fired his own security guard after the guard tried to intervene. Additional marina staff who came to help say they became targets too, alleging Travis a$$aulted several of them and shoved his shoulder into two crew members while they tried to disembark, knocking one woman into a table and injuring her. The plaintiffs also claim he prevented them from leaving the yacht until police finally arrived and removed him.

The civil lawsuit — which seeks damages for battery, a$$ault, and false imprisonment, among other claims — follows Travis’ 2024 arrest in connection with the incident, though prosecutors ultimately dropped the disorderly intoxication and trespassing charges against him.
