Miss North Carolina USA Stripped Of Crown After Alleged Posts Repeatedly Using The N-Word Are Discovered
Brittany Boltinhouse, who was crowned #MissNorthCarolina USA 2026, has been removed from her title after old social media posts containing alleged racist language resurfaced.
#MissUSA CEO Thom Brodeur announced Wednesday that Boltinhouse agreed to step down after her conduct was found to violate the organization’s standards. While Brodeur didn’t detail the specific posts, he stated the organization has zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any language that undermines a person’s dignity.
NC Beat identified posts allegedly written by Boltinhouse under the alias “Sosa the Stallion” between 2017 and 2019, in which she repeatedly used the n-word. In her place, Myla Hadley has been named the new Miss North Carolina USA 2026, with Brodeur voicing full confidence in her as the organization’s new representative.
