A Fulton County judge ordered “Love & Hip Hop” alum Sidney “Starr” Favors, 37, to remain jailed without bond Tuesday (Aug. 25), ruling that she poses a flight risk and a potential danger if released, and that her large social media following could raise the risk of witness intimidation. Sidney faces felony charges of s3xual battery against a child under 16, aggravated child mole$tation, and sodomy, stemming from an alleged Aug. 2 encounter at an Embassy Suites in Hapeville after the family of a 13-year-old reported the assault to police.

Her attorneys argued for bond, noting she has no criminal history beyond traffic violations, has never missed a court appearance, and cooperated with investigators, though prosecutors countered that her limited ties to Georgia — she’s lived in Chicago and resides with her mother — made her a flight risk. The child’s mother told the court her son has suffered emotional and psychological harm and is in intensive therapy, asking the judge to deny bond or impose strict monitoring if Sidney were released. The judge sided with prosecutors, keeping Sidney in custody without bond.
