Todd Tucker Hilariously Teases ‘A Scheme That Todd Set Up’ Smash Burgers, Playing Off Iconic ‘RHOA’ Line

Todd Tucker may have a new “scheme” up his sleeve — or he could simply be having some fun with Real Housewives of Atlanta fans.

The producer and entrepreneur shared promotional artwork teasing “A Scheme That Todd Set Up,” a smash burger and fries concept. The image features Todd surrounded by a giant burger, fries and sauce, along with the words “Coming to you with the smash burgers and fries.” He captioned the post, “Who’s coming to get my smash burger! Todd you’re a genius for this one? COMING SOON!”

The name is a hilarious callback to a classic moment involving Todd and his wife Kandi Burruss’ family. During the 2014 Kandi’s Wedding spinoff, Kandi’s Aunt Bertha expressed doubts about Todd’s intentions and delivered the now-famous phrase “a scheme that Todd set up.” The remark became a popular meme among RHOA fans and has remained associated with Todd for years.

It’s unclear, however, whether Todd is seriously preparing to launch a smash burger venture or simply joking with fans. He hasn’t shared a location, launch date or other details about the apparent concept. Either way, Todd appears to be getting in on the joke more than a decade after Aunt Bertha’s memorable comment.
