N.O.R.E. Sued By Nas’ Child’s Mother Carmen Bryan Over Alleged 1999 S*xual A$$ault-She Says He Followed Her Outside Asking, ‘Don’t You Know Who I Am?’

N.O.R.E. is facing a s*xaul a$$ault lawsuit from Carmen Bryan, who alleges the rapper forced himself on her inside a crowded Manhattan nightclub more than 25 years ago.

Bryan, an entrepreneur and the mother of Nas’ daughter, claims N.O.R.E., whose real name is Victor Santiago, approached her while “visibly intoxicated” in May 1999 and “committed an act of noncons3nsual digital p3n3tration.” Her lawsuit alleges Santiago “physically overpowered” her despite her pleas for him to stop before other clubgoers intervened.

Bryan claims she fled the venue crying, but Santiago followed her outside while repeatedly asking, “Don’t you know who I am?

After allegedly realizing who Bryan was, Santiago reportedly apologized, saying, “Carm, I didn’t know it was you. You’re always doing something different with your hair.”

Bryan alleges she later told Jay-Z about the incident and that he “reacted strongly and thr*atened to confront Santiago personally,” but she discouraged him from getting involved.

Her attorneys said, “No woman signs up to be
a$$aulted.”

Bryan is suing under New York City’s gender-motivated v!olence law and seeking compensatory damages for emotional distress and mental anguish. N.O.R.E. has not publicly responded to the allegations.
