Police found no obvious signs of tr*uma or foul play in the death of B2K singer Raz B and wife Mona Li’s 3-month-old son, Astro Monte Thornton.

According to an Atlanta Police Department incident report obtained by TMZ, officers responded to a “person down” call at an Atlanta home shortly after 8 a.m. on September 8.

Astro was found unresponsive inside the home and was later pronounced d*ad at the scene by emergency medical personnel.

The department’s Hom*cide Unit and Crime Scene Unit were called in as investigators began documenting the scene. Police also obtained a search warrant and collected items they believed could have evidentiary value as part of the ongoing investigation.

Astro’s body was then turned over to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The medical examiner later confirmed that an autopsy had been completed, though the infant’s official cause and manner of death remain pending while additional testing and investigative work continue.

Raz B and Mona previously described their son’s d*ath as unexpected after announcing the devastating loss earlier this month.

The couple welcomed Astro in May 2026 and also share an older son, Versai.

No criminal allegations have been announced in connection with the child’s d*ath.
