Condolences: Trina Braxton’s Husband Von Scales Passes Away At 58
#TrinaBraxton is mourning the loss of her husband, #VonScales, who has passed away at age 58.
Trina’s publicist, David Robinson, confirmed the news in a statement to BOSSIP, saying, “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Von Scales, beloved husband of Trina Braxton.” He added that the family appreciates the support but is asking for privacy as they navigate the loss. Additional details surrounding Scales’ death have not been revealed.
Trina and Scales married in St. Louis in December 2019 after meeting through mutual friends, and their relationship was featured on “#BraxtonFamilyValues” and later “#TheBraxtons.” Trina previously credited Scales with supporting her as she grieved the 2018 de@th of her former husband, Gabe Solis, saying at the time, “He really helped me through it; he stood right by me.”
