Kevin Hart’s Former Assistant Wants Woman Involved In His 2017 S3x Tape Controversy To Testify In Their Legal Battle

Kevin Hart’s ongoing legal battle with his former assistant could bring his years-old s3x tape controversy back into the courtroom.

According to TMZ, the comedian and actor’s former assistant, Miesha Shakes, wants Montia Sabbag (pictured left)— the woman involved in Hart’s widely publicized 2017 s3x tape controversy — to testify as a witness in the case. Shakes reportedly wants to question Sabbag about what happened and the investigation that followed.

Sabbag previously sued Hart for $60 million in 2019, alleging she was recorded having s3x with him without her consent. Hart denied wrongdoing, and the lawsuit was ultimately dismissed.

The latest development comes amid Hart’s legal dispute with Shakes. Hart sued his former assistant after accusing her of violating a non-disclosure agreement by discussing details of his personal life during an interview. Shakes, however, argues Hart failed to fulfill certain obligations under their agreement and contends that the deal is therefore void.

Hart has also alleged that Shakes damaged his reputation by publicly discussing private matters. Shakes disputes that argument and reportedly maintains that Hart’s reputation had already been affected by previous controversies, pointing to the 2017 s3x tape scandal as one example. Shakes says she also intends to testify herself and plans to call Hart as a witness. The case remains ongoing.
